Vinni Taneja’s teaching style is introspective with an emphasis on chakra balancing, yogic breathing, postures and philosophy.  She brings her own unique positive energy and holistic approach to her clients. Vinni incorporates chakra meditation to her classes leaving her students with a healthy balanced feeling.

She has been practicing yoga for 15 years and earned her 200-Level Yoga Teacher Training in Nepal to enhance her practice.  She is a Certified Holistic Health Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, Plant Based Chef incorporating her ayurvedic knowledge, Second-Degree Reiki certified and a doTerra essential oils Wellness Advocate.  Vinni is passionate about helping her clients nurture their minds, bodies and souls and it shines through to the people she works with.

Vinni has personally found nutrition, yoga, pranayama and meditation practice to be an essential part of her lifestyle that helps her to balance and stay connected having multiple roles in her life as a corporate professional, a wife and a mom. She hopes to help others find their inner sense of love, light, peace and happiness and inspire greater well-being. She encourages all levels to attend and bring their true self to class.
